Art of Teaching Ballet/Warren

Does anyone have this book (Gretchen Ward Warren, 1996)? (I know, here I am,
back again, asking about another book. Sorry, I promise this will be my last
post of the day!) It's subtitled Ten Twentieth Century Masters, and includes
interviews with David Howard, Larisa Sklyanskaya, and others. Can anyone give
a mini-review of this $40 book, so that miserly me can decide whether to get
it? It sounds wonderful, but isn't carried in the large bookstores here.
