As a collector of women-warrior fantasy fine art, what fine art means to me
is:

1) Must be well-crafted GIF image, whether Adobe, Bryce, Poser, etc.
Sketches and crude art are not fine art.
2) Theme should be obvious. Gratutitous nudity and violence are not
suitable in fine art.
3) Art should convey a message or story to the viewer. It may not be
obvious, as in some forms of modern art, but it should be there.
4) Comics are not fine art.
