Help on reproducing water color art

A friend of mine seems to be a pretty good water color artist, but won't
sell any of her original work.

Does anyone know of a company that makes prints from original artwork (I
know this is a stupid question, but I'm in the computer business not art.
Ask me who reproduces CD's and I'll give you a thousand names) in the
Philadelphia, New jersey, New York area? Any idea on cost to do it?
