Ruth Wilson’s paintings are often called "Atmospheric". The viewer is
drawn
into their light-filled, soft edged, often textured surfaces. Much of
her work focuses
on PA and NJ where she has close ties, especially the resort town of
Eagles Mere
in Sullivan County PA. She is an elected member of New Jersey Watercolor
Society, American Artists Professional League, and Garden State
Watercolor Society. Her work
has won top awards in these organizations. Examples of her work hang in
private homes and major corporations (AT&T, Bristol-Meyers).
