The E.J. van Wisselingh & Co fine art Gallery was founded in 1838, and
is one of the oldest galleries in The Netherlands. In 1999 the Rijksmuseum
in Amsterdam organized an exhibition and published a book about its
distinguished history. Major Dutch artitst like Breitner, Matthijs Maris,
Bauer, Willink, Witsen and De Zwart sold many works through our Gallery.
Famous works by Courbet, Daumier, Redon and Jongkind changed hands through
E.J. van Wisselingh & Co. The gallery is owned by Willem de Winter, trained
in the International Auction business, who is also a sworn appraiser
(beëdigd taxateur).

E.J. van Wisselingh & Co specializes in Dutch and French 19th and 20th
Century paintings and sculpture.
