Hand Painting Large Quantity Of Prints

I need to have a large quantity of prints to be hand painted with good
detail. Does anyone know of a source where this can be done? The last
time Idid this I used a source in Hong Kong that is no longer in
business..Would like to use Hong Kong again. Any help very much
appreciated. Thank You.
