whats the best art college for teaching WEB DESIGN, Graphic Design & Stuff?

I don't know what schools have the best actual program, but I've found that
what seems to work for me is to find an actual teacher that you learn well
from, and then to just take those classes. In these days of high demand for
web programmers, you probably don't need a degree (at least not to get
started), but you should check for the companies you want to work with &
find out what their requirements are.
