positive reinforcement for posting. I've posted bunches of stuff.
Interesting articles, links to my new works, calls for models and I
typically don't get a single response.
I would love have discussions of bodypaint with people but it doesn't
happen here.

It was fine for a long while... But yes, you are correct spam, and more
spam has invaded the Usenet..
Every newsgroup i was using or revived, or participated in Last year is over
run by different posters... And lots more spam... I use to fight spam,
and was run over in a windows system, so I have spent the last year
learning how to run a desktop linux system -
I lot of ISP have dropped newsgroups, and most new users still haven't a
clue about using newsgroups... Vista certainly does not help...

As for the article, the early statement that body art equals
communication implies speech is quite presumptuous. I could easily see
a situation where a species had the brains to communicate, but lacked
the vocal equipment to speak. I don't believe I've heard of any fossil
evidence one way or the other about vocal apparatus. But I do suspect
Neandethals were a lot smarter than the knuckle-draggers most people
believe in. :)
Regrettably, all too many *modern* people display a knuckle dragging
tendency, and they are *known* to speak. :P

Personally, much of my time investment has shifted to mailing list &
IRC. Practically zero spam. And no long pointless discussions of
yenc-vs-not-yenc. :)
Sadly, they tend to be very close-knit groups with little input from
outside. And often hard to find. <sigh>

Maybe it is I for whom you have been waiting.
Have been attracted to henna for years. Got my first experience this
weekend. First I got two. The next day, 4 more! A total of 6!
Now I understand the addictive nature of the art. :)
It has given me wonderful new feelings such as an enhanced sense of
awareness both of my physicality as well as my values. The choices we
make for body art represent our morals or some message, so to have
that broadcast on my body feels great!
My art doesn't feel temporary. They are permanent. I'm going to keep
getting them touched up forever. :)

why i do not know for sure i had a bunch of groups and they deleted
them they are on a porn kick and thing that is nude or they think is
nude they delete
