I'm going to answer some basic questions here. If anyone wants, they can email
me at my databasix.com address and I may or may not respond. I WILL post flame
e-mail. This will most likely be my only post on this topic.

This is it, in a nutshell:

In 11/96, I kissed a 17 year old girl. I'm not going to provide you with a lot
of detail because this isn't the place for it. I pass no judgment on whether or
not she instigated it. I held myself responsible. That's why I went to see a
counselor and offered to pay for hers if she wanted to do the same.

It was at the counselor's office that I learned what had happened was
considered a crime under CA law. I discussed this with the girl and her mother;
neither wanted to get law enforcement involved. I phoned the City of Santa
Clara Police Department and discussed it with them and they confirmed that it
was a misdemeanor.

I saw an attorney. He advised me to plead not guilty. I refused to do so,
because that would have required the girl to take the stand and testify and I
didn't want to put her through that. She was terrified with the thought of
going to court.

I wrote a statement about what happened and faxed it to the Santa Clara police.
The girl went to the station and made her statement. I then went to the police
station and turned myself in. Because mine and the girl's statements were
essentially the same, I was released on my own recognizance.

On 2/20/97, I was charged with violating section 647.6 (a) of the California
Penal Code, which is a misdemeanor. On 3/13/97, I was sentenced to 3 years
probation. Note that the girl provided a written statement to the court, asking
for leniency, as she felt that it was all a big mistake and that I shouldn't be
punished for it.

To date, this ordeal has cost me nearly $30,000.00 in legal fees, lost wages,
and other costs. That however, is nothing compared to the emotional stress of
this. It goes on and on and on.

I've been expecting that this was going to come out. The anonymous moron
stalking me for the past year seems to have devoted his life to learning
everything about me and I figured it was only a matter of time. I'll probably
put up a web page to tell my side of this, now that all the dirt has been
archived in so many places on the web. I had not expected my name to be added
in North Carolina since what happened in California wasn't covered under law in
NC as an offense let alone one requiring registration. When I first made
arrangments to move to NC, a court order from CA required me to present the
court papers from California and NC would decide if I should or should not be
added.

The clerk in the sherriffs office couldn't find anything comparable and wasn't
going to register me at all. But if I couldn't provide proof of registration to
my probation officer in CA, she wasn't going

to process the paperwork to transfer my probation to NC. I did not
want to stay in CA until my probation was up.

The clerk, in typical civil servant fashion, didn't want to write a
letter saying that registration wasn't required. I needed something
in writing though, so she went ahead and registered me under "Indecent
liberties with a minor" because it was the "closest thing" she could find. She
told me that someone would investigate it and see if it was a registerable
offense and would probably be in touch with me.
I never heard from anyone, and kinda (wrongly) figured that the registration
would be kicked out, since the NC statute wasn't even comparable. So much for
assumptions. There has been no decision as to if my name will remain on the NC
list or not.

I was not convicted of a Felony. I was convicted of a misdemenor. The victim
was 18 before the sentencing date in March 1997. She was 17 in November of
1996. I did not plead to lesser charges. I did not do any of the horrible
things covered by the NC statute I've been registered under.

You know what's so damn frustrating about this? I chose to talk to a councelor
about this even though I knew it would bring charges. I was doing the right
thing. I did the right thing by not dragging it to a jury trial. I did the
right thing by regestering and I've done the right thing by paying my fines,.
court costs and obeying the terms of my probation. But none of that seems to
matter. The punishment just goes on and on and on.

Some of you will ask how I can prove any of this. I'll put a copy of the
charging document on a website. You can see the crime I was charged with and
link to a site on the CA gov page that defines it. If anyone really wants to
know more, they can do their own research. I would imagine that if I published
any statements written by the girl that it would be a violation of law. Even if
it weren't, I wouldn't do it, because it's not right.

Some of you will still then insist that it's not enough and you don't believe
me. I don't care. I don't have to tell you anything. This isn't something that
even needs to be discussed on Usenet but since it's been brought up I've
decided to do this much. That's it.

I want to thank all of those who have sided not with me, not the 17 year old,
but with justice. The posting to the WWW of this sort of informaiton is not
justice. It is continuation of the punishment levied in court. I believe the
federal law that prompted the creation of these kind of databases was meant to
protect all of the people, not punish some of them. It's a shame that NC
doesn't place the same kind of restrictions on use of the information as some
other states do

If the 8 year old boy is willing it is not rape. You claimed it is RAPE
on the part of the 29 year-old. In fact you claim it is statutory rape.
You claim it is "Molestation" on the part of the 29 year-old. I have,
since day one stated it was not rape and it was not molestation because
the _boy_ wanted it. BTW, What the 29 year-old did was also not statutory
rape. I don't care if you believe that what she did was statutory rape,
but this isn't the case nor are you correct in your claim.

Every wonder who the biggest liar is on Usenet?

When someone asked, "So, ask yourself, why even bother to read
messages from MoeJoe, Zeke or the man of 1,000 names. They
never have anything new, useful or meaningful to say. They
garner no respect and have no credibility. So, why bother
with them at all?", Mjølnër, who buys the ink for his poisoned
pen from the Father of Lies, let fly his greatest whopper:

"Because we are the only source of truth in these groups."

Ever wonder who the biggest baby is on Usenet?

When UFF lickspittle, John_S, asked why the UFF had sporged
his favorite group, alt.binaries.warez.ibm-pc.old,
yet again, the UFF put aside his pacifier long enough to mewl:

"Crap like Message-ID: <isurd0h8qkeo9bq8j...@news.easynews.com>

And here is the message that made the UFF go -ahem- Batty:

Just what kind of offense is "ASSAULT ON FEMALE (PRINCIPAL)?"

Do you claim that you were never listed on the North Carolina Sex

From what I've seen here, Burnore is denying his entire sordid
history. Burnore posted some sort of personal info about one of his
enemies and some of them went looking for something on him. And, boy,
did, they find the mother lode: Burnore's conviction published on the
NC Sexual Offender Registry. They had a field day then and today
Burnore's charming personality ensures that his history will come up
wherever he goes on Usenet.

Id you're interested search Google around the time of his PGP-signed
post; pay particular attention to triangle.general where there were
some long threads about the subject. And look for Camille Kline's
<sp?> posts. She claimed the victim was a "slut" who had attempted to
seduce Burnore and that she had gotten the full story directly from
the mouth of Burnore and his wife, Belinda.

>Sure does evade alot tho..

What does he have left besides evasion and denial?

He claims the evidence, including the arrest record, is a forgery.
That speaks volumes about how low he has sunk. What kind of sicko
molests a minor.. what kind of fucking pathetic human tries to get
in with a underaged girl... _while_ dating the mother of the girl
he is trying to get.

|Burnore posted some sort of personal info about one of his enemies

He fought hard to have it removed and he got it removed because at
the time the conviction wasn't a felony only a misdeamnor. A slight
technicality for the legal world but not enough to remove the "child
molester" label from him. Since that date he has been fighting to
have all references removed from Google, and the Internet as a whole
by sending AUP/TOS complaints. I got a few from Giganews for claims
of libel but when I showed them the arrest record the reports were
quickly dismissed.

|They had a field day then and today Burnore's charming personality

I believe no one should let him ever forget his atrocities against
that minor. There are things you can forgive but molesting a child
and denying it long after you've served your "probation" is as good
as claiming you're innocent and never did anything. The victim of
his horrific crime will suffer her entire life while that monster
goes around Usenet down playing and denying the crimes he was convicted
of.

I saw the original posts from him back in '98.. he tried to play it
like it was her fault for coming on to her. He actually convinced a
few misguided losers to blame the victim for his crimes. Pitiful...

If "Bill", or anyone else, was to post warez, you wouldn't be able
to tell who was coming from. If you had ever gone to anyone about
reporting warez you only opened up a can a worms on _every_ warez
poster in _every_ warez group. All over your feelings being hurt.

The fact you continue to blow smoke with your pitiful threats to
report warez posters demonstrates more than anyone could ever say
about you proving you've never been in the Military. Fact is you
wouldn't know who to run to, you're that inept. Idiot.

It demonstrates that you're a punk ass pansie kid who wants revenge

You're a punk ass kid who will only be remembered as a joke for the

>Perhaps you could just eat shit? Heah, that'd do it.

Mr. Burnore, I know you're new to .d so might I apprise you of a few
of our unwritten conventions?

1. It's considered impolite to use profanity to someone until he has
called you a pedo or a narc at least once.

2. Discussion of sex is strictly forbidden as one of our most senior
members is uncomfortable with the subject.

3. If you engage in a flame war with someone, it's considered good
form to challenge him to a RL confrontation even if you have no
intention of following through. Keyboard kowbois are highly esteemed
in .d

4. Our group is monitored closely by ever vigilant eyes of Dr. Roy
Batty and the UFF. DO NOT fail to heed their injunctions or pay them
proper respect lest they loose their fearsome wrath upon you.

No shit. I have an especially fond memory of when ppl complained that

much 0-day and he was getting the same feed as abwi0 but just not as
fast, but when you took the lead in abwi0, he and his Mindless

That's because there's no thought behind the bile you spew into your
computer. It's just a series of childish insults and false accusations
strung together hoping for an angry reaction. Getting laughed at for
your trouble must be frustrating.

Ah, my poor brainless Zekey-poo, I've already got you doing the
Backpedal Boogie in this very thread. Below you claimed, "That's

because there's no thought behind the bile you spew into your
computer. It's just a series of childish insults and false accusations

strung together hoping for an angry reaction." That's exactly what
you've done here; you claim I'm "someone who join[ed] the group for
the sole purpose of stalking akula's perceived enemies..."

You know- and I know- what I'll do to you if you attempt to defend
your "false accusations" and you have NO choice but to dance, dance
around your claims.

Same way I made you dance away from your attempt to insult akula about
lying about a "real E-9." One post from me and you ran away. <BSEG>

Same way I've made you dance thousands of times in the past and same
way I'll make you dance anytime I decide to pay attention to your
stupidity. <BSEG>

Nah, what's frustrating is having cowardly little banties like you
barking like big dogs (ncbybtvrf sbe gur zvkrq zrgncube) and then
running for the roost as soon as someone tosses some of their own shit
back at them.

Know what I mean, my little chic-chic-chic-a-dee? <BSEG>

currently reside in North Carolina? If so, That's not too far from me.

The message ID has to change, other than that, there is nothing

So why are you fighting so hard to be one? You seem to have
some back-channel resources working on your behalf from the
k00k camp. Nothing here has anything to do with computing
outside windows (or that stupid mechanics crack thread!) and
AFAIK no one from auk has anything to do with this.

That's what I meant by "you're misinterperting" things, and
you can't possibly sort out what's gone down over twelve
years in a weekend. You've spent as much time flaming
as anyone else, hell you don't even know who's on which
side OF WHAT yet, you flamed BB for nothing.

Now you want your hands on the suspect binaries? I'm not sure
that four year old shit is readily available (to me), however if it
is, you'll get a notice via your home group.

At this point **everything** you're discussing with me is closed,
you did your flames, I did some. I'm going to carry on with my plan
for the night, whatever flies you want to swat, have fun doing so.

I personally don't think you're a bad guy from what you've posted
but your "youthful exuberance" at least, has led you into something
you really don't belong in. Same story for the kid posting as Wolfman,
this shits just not healthy for anyone, you young guys ought to be

I'll assert that any posts here that are replies from Daily are
sockpuppets from you. Daily is a bot that only posts the FAQ.

Your complaints about Mjolner's service ought to be constrained
to times when Mjolner has had occasion to discuss the service.
It doesn't say much for your lost credibility to be dragging it up

I've spent many a week in those hills it might be a place he should
avoid since he's new there. Some of the boys from up in Hazzard
might make their way down to Lamar Alexander Boulevard and kick
his ass all over the highway, if they were to find out his friend is a
k00k on the internet, and that friend is making slanderous remarks
about the USMC and it's Veterans, and going so far as saying their
DD-214s are fakes

Pretty cool, I didn't even know that could be done. All the guys
up in eastern Tennessee, NC, Ky, and the surrounding area do
though. When it comes to "fixing a problem" you don't always
have to use a D-9.

You could get together with Mojo or some of my gun collecting
friends. One of them came up with was a MAC-10 something machine
gun a couple of years ago. After I fired that the guy who owned it
said "there went sixty bucks worth of bullets". He didn't say to take
a finger off the trigger to make it stop shooting! And It only took a
second to shoot the whole magazine. But the sign died. I only have
what you guys call "sissy" pistols, a 40 cal is the largest handgun I
want bother with, dont have any supergun like HK's just some with a
bit of custom work. I like my fishing reel collection better than the guns
but they'r'e retired and don't work on human fish anyway. LOL

Go to the bottom of this page, look for "Lazy Sunday Caption" and
you'll see a shot of a guy doing what Less TA probably did in the
CANADUH army "Heads Down Boy"

Every family has one. The 'odd' relative. The one that makes you know your family
is unique, among all those others. I'm not talking about the black sheep, or the family
member that went to jail or the noose for being a serial murderer. Nor the famous ones
- I'm a second cousin, six times removed, of Meriwether Lewis. Of course, so are several
hundreds, possibly thousands, of other people, but I don't let that get in my way. No, I'm
not talking about them. I'm talking about..the Fun ones. The ones who just saw the world
a little differently than the rest of us.

In my family, on my mother's side, that would be Aunt Ida. Born Ida May Meriwether in
Paragould, Arkansas, she married Judge William Bandy of the same town. Much to the
relief of the Meriwethers, who were wondering who was going to have the stamina to take
on Ida Mae.

Judge Bandy was a grandee in Paragould. A man of position, wealth, and the power that
goes with it. The Meriwethers, who owned the local hardware store and periodically the
mayoralty of the town, were gentlemen farmers and moved in the same high circles.

Large fish in what is a small town now, having kinda lost the development fight to Jonesboro.
But back in the day, as the county seat, Paragould was what there was.

All that power was futile in the face of Aunt Ida. She recognized no higher
authority than that of the Creator, then came her, and after that, well, no matter.
You shouldn't take this mean that Aunt Ida was a cruel dictator - far from it. She
just lived her life as she saw fit, and the rest of the world could adapt, no matter
to her.

Fortunately, all she really cared about was her personal demesne, and her beloved,
but thoroughly hen-pecked husband, Judge Bandy.

The thought had been growing in Aunt Ida's mind that her front door just wasn't right.
And it needed re-placing. No typo there.

It wasn't that the door was wrong, in and of itself. It was a fine, grand, dark oak door,
with heavy brass furniture, leaded glass windows and a nice large knocker. It even had
newfangled doorbell! No, the door was indeed a fine door, well made, and, with one small
caveat, nicely situated where it would do quite well, thank you.

However, the problem was, it was in the wrong *place*. Ergo, it needed re-placing.

Now, you might think this means that perhaps we're going to do a little remodeling of the
home, and move the main entry out a bit, or perhaps over a touch to the left, a bit to the
right.

Nope. That wouldn't be right. We can't have that. Everybody knows the Front Door to the
house shouldn't open directly into the Living Room! For pity's sakes, that would be monstrously
silly!

And over to the right? So that it entered into the Drawing Room? I think not, thank you very
much! Nossir! We'll have none of that avant garde thinking here, I'll tell you!

And in nowise am I going to allow you to defile my very nice and comfortable wrap-around
porch by extending a vestibule onto the veranda and Spoil The View! I never! Much less the
work to rearrange the belt-driven planter's fans that provide a cooling breeze on the sultry
Arkansas summer evenings!

No, no - the door needed to be re-placed! Why was that so hard for everyone to understand?

Where? So that it faces the garden and pond - that I might enjoy the pond and the trees and
the garden! Where else? What an odd question!

Uncle Bandy did try to reason with Aunt Ida. Quite a bit, actually. But Aunt Ida was a woman
of Iron Will. She would make Maggie Thatcher seem a squish in comparison.
Catherine the Great *might* muster near the iron - but I doubt it.

So, Judge Bandy, giving in to the inevitable, called on the local builders.

Who came, lifted the house, and rotated it 180 degrees. So that Aunt Ida, at last, could enjoy a
proper view from her front porch, of the back yard.

I made that ditty up. Now people believe it is part of
European Folklore.

"Non lettera scritta sed lettera impressa manet."

Not the written word remains, only the printed one. A film is
like the written words. They die with the time but a published
book or a printed story might last forever.

My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings,
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair:

Long before it became fashionable I posted terabyte after terabyte of
warez to Usenet using nothing more than 2400 bps modems. (I had so
many phone lines running into my house that I was regularly raided by
the F-bee-I who suspected I was running a booky joint.) Today, using
my shining bank of cable modems, I post googolbyte after googolbyte of
fresh tasty 0-day to Usenet for you warez peons everywhere to enjoy.

Without me there would have been no Inner Circle. When Stray Cat got
popped by the federales in Juárez for attempting to smuggle warez
hidden in bales of marijuana (not his best idea, I'm sure you'll
agree) across the border, I was the one who led the jailbreak. We not
only managed to save SC's ass but, most importantly , we saved the
evidence!

In 1945 I was one of the US Marines who raised the American flag on
Iwo Jima. Without me all your warez would be written in Japanese and
you couldn't use a byte!

Damn! I was expecting a *yawn*.

> now write me a few dozen more paragraphs eh?

Ah, my little Zekey-poo, I can write ANYTHING I want about you because
I KNOW that you don't have the balls or the ability to fight back.

Rather than tire myself typing I'll just repeat what I said to you a
few years ago:

Zeke-poo wrote:
>I'll open a few of his posts whenever he comes back to embarrass himself
>here yet again. I have hopes that someday he'll come up with at least
>something worth laughing at.

and I replied:

ROTFLMAO! Oh, Zekie-poo, you have NO idea how I treasure these
pathetic admissions of your impotence!

I really shouldn't clue you in, since you're not smart enough to
figure it out, but. hey, 'tis the holidays and I'm feeling generous.

I've watched you, my sweet Zekie-poo, ever since you crawled into .d,
attempt to bully everyone you thought you lord it over. I've watched
you exchange thousands of msgs with TA and Noodles because you thought
you were smarter, better educated, and in every measure their
superior. I watched you mock Luke because of his disability.

As long as you thought you had the upper hand, you didn't let one of
their msgs go unanswered. When I first engaged you, you and Johnee
replied to almost every one of my msgs, but, since neither of you have
been beaten with a Stupid Stick more than a few thousand times, you
eventually realized that you couldn't best me in flaming or debate.

That's when you began claiming that my msgs were unworthy of replies,
that you let my "crap go mostly unread!" Johnee quit replying directly
to me but wasn't smart enough to understand that hiding behind your
skirt wouldn't keep me from giving him a good bitch slap every time he
said something stupid.

Do you remember that msg of mine that you snipped into bits and then
you posted separate replies to each snippet? Remember how you left out
the portions that where I'd made a fool of you? I howled with laughter
so loudly that my little daughter heard me through the door of my
office and wanted me to share the joke with her.

With that post and the others like it, you may as well have just come
right out and shouted, "No more! No more! I concede!" I've abused your
affectations (or affections <g>) so thoroughly that your only defense
to protect that fragile ego of yours is to pretend that you ignore my
msgs!

Here's a little stocking stuffer for you: I'll offer you the
essentially the same advice I offered akula concerning the trolls who
pester him. Until you killfile me or _really_ ignore me, every time I
let the baser aspects of my usually lovable personality come to the
fore and I find a few free minutes and I see that gaping crevasse of
yours just begging to be fed a foot, I give you some more of my "crap
[for you to let] go mostly unread." <chortle>

(end of my reply)

>something I said?

Nah, it was what you were afraid to say. <BSEG>

Well, last time I checked, a 17 year old wasn't a legal adult. And uhh,
you said yourself you kissed her. So you have a thing about minors.. Or
so it would seem.

Who said anything about driving there idiot? As you've been convicted of
things with a minor, that information is public knowledge.

Ya know Gary, I wouldn't be so quick to start silly flamewars when you
have a past of possible child molestation. I mean, you did kiss her, what
else did you do that you just wouldn't want to say? :)

That sounds just like the Kensington Accelerator loads in 30-06. The only
problem with your numbers are that it only has 301 ft-lbs of energy at 300
yd's (compared to a standard 308 with 1344 ft-lbs at 300 yd's) so at 800
yd's you may as well be throwing BBs. The sabot is not completely destroyed
(if it were completely melted the gasses would leak around it and you
couldn't hit a target at 100 yd's and it would foul the barrel terribly)
and many times the rifling marks can still be identified so if there aren't
any rifling marks on the bullet the police will surely look up range for
the sabot. The Acclerator is made in 30-06 and 30-30. It may have been made
in 308 at one time but is not currently available. You may be able to get
the components to load your own but it won't improve it's performance to
any great degree.

Here's the Ballistic Data from Remington:

http://www.remington.com/products/ammunition/ballistics/comparative_ballistics_results.aspx?data=R3030A*R30069*R308W1

What you claim is an Urban Legend and the wishful thinking of "Mall Ninjas"
from coast to coast.

Nothing is difficult to dupe from headers if you have access to a server.
Obviously, you do. I'd hate to think I'd have to resort to signing my posts
with PGP to keep fakes away. Ah hell, I'm not going to bother. :)

And, fyi, I didn't say my headers were hard to dupe, only that the
individual who bothered to do so, didn't copy them correctly.

I'm not interested in sides. I was asked to examine some binaries and
that's what I did. I posted my findings with how I gathered the results
for anyone to duplicate the test. It's pretty simple, really. I'm not
interested in an ongoing flamewar with anyone. As you said, I don't know
any of you here, and I don't really care too.

It's when various individuals who are not pleased with what I didn't find
want to make wiseass remarks that I feel I must respond in kind.

> I personally don't think you're a bad guy from what you've posted
> but your "youthful exuberance" at least, has led you into something

Agreed. This flamewar isn't about his program, that's just the launchpad.

Anyhow, I've said my piece on it, anyone is free to fact check for
themselves, I provided the urls for the binaries I examined and the
methods used to get my results. It's there for anyone to verify or
disprove. It's why I love code so much. Science. :)

The only thing one can trust in life, is code. it either is or it isn't.
:)

And with that, I'm going back to lurk mode.

"Dirty Sanchez" is right out of a movie the "couch potato" watched.

"In the 2005 movie, Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, the term
Dirty Sanchez is used numerous times when the characters are
discussing the many weird ways they can pleasure their female
customers."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirty_Sanchez

Not the first time he has used movie quotes either.

BTW, I had a visitor on my theapostle.info (whos IP I wont release)
from NY lately. The city was named "Newburgh" - doing a Google Maps
of Newburgh, NY you can see that "Broadway" is one of the main streets.

That "Mjolner" is some original, huh.. naming his imaginary dog after
the street he lives on. <laughs out loud>
