We have a thug K9 cop here in Asheville named John Zeigler. If Zeigler is as abusive to his German shepherd as he is to human beings, then he bears watching. Zeigler gets his jollies knocking out teeth, tearing rotator cuffs, and breaking into a home, at least in one case, without a warrant and without cause.
