Pages don't refresh !

Hi, I think this is a current problem but I don't understand why it's happening.
I use an Apache Server to developp and test a PhoneGap Application. The problem is, since this morning, Apache doesn't refresh my files !
I tried everything : I restart Apache, Eclipse, my computer, I verify the path in httpd.conf, I verify that my files are correctly changes, in or out of Eclipse. I emptied my browser cache (on Chrome and Firefox).
I don't know what to do now ! Please help me, I just lost 2 hours of work with this problem !
