Yes, I'll talk: I couldn't get on AOL today. In fact, I haven't been
able to get on AOL for two whole years! Each time I consider it, I
feel like barfing. Palipitations start, and I end up sweaty, itchy,
mumbling. My frustration is just about at the breaking point. Is
this any way to run the world's largest online service?

Why would anyone use AOL if they thought it sucked?
Could you also do an article on how horrible AOL is? It would be so wonderful to see that hellhole exposed for
the shit it so obviously(and unfortunately) is.
