I am afraid you are now too late. You only had 30 days in which to
file a non-receipt complaint with PayPal to get your money back if
that was how you paid, and only 90 days in which to file a fraud claim
with eBay. Both those times have now elapsed.

The scam in many scenarios like this......
is Ebay allows sellers to take up to 30 days to ship........
and the 90 day get your money back thing.......is a friggin joke.......

contact the District Attorney in the area of the seller.........
and don't let up until you get relief.

Scammy just wants you to play victim and blame yourself.......
Especially since he's paid by Ebay/Paypal to make you blame yourself......

Well, you need to file a paypal dispute within 30 days.

Other than that, did you use the proper web contact form, or did you
use a paypal complaint form?

Sure, spend a few weeks or months of you life trying to get back $30.
That makes a lot of sense! Then again, I guess your time is not worth
much more than that. Mine is! I know how to get satisfaction a much
different and more expedient way...it is the correct informed way.

No at all. I want people to become informed so that they can protect
themselves from becoming victims, as opposed to being a victim time
and time and then wanting to blame the system because they failed to
get it right on their own

...no he`s probably right..I saw the 30 day thing and  have many times had to wait that long from the time i paid for an item till i recieved it..So..this was naiievte on my part hoping the item would turn up..however all i really want to do now is be able to warn others about this seller and their carefree attitude.
If I could even change my feedback it would be something...

With that kind of attitude, people like you will always be victims.

Ebay / Paypal are gonna quit paying you with this pathetic performance......

Thats exactly the attitude that feeds the greed of the power sellers.
They bank on the fact that about half of all buyers will figure its only
$30 and not pursue it. doesnt matter if its only one thin dime, you were
ripped off! Take any and all necessary legal actions to recoup your
money!...TD
