Dear Sirs:
I noticed today that the somewhat big guy (wearing green t-shirt and shorts) was collecting trays, I believe for the first time. I know for a fact that this person has mental problems. I have seen him at the senior center in a narrow eyed trance staring at individuals. So I would suggest that you keep an eye on him. Ignore his charming facade.
