What does Kero eat???

on that alone. He's obviously a carnivore so what else does he eat? When he
gets hungry does he prowl the neighborhood looking for stray cats and dogs?

He also eats "Octopus meat balls" Witness the opening sequence while "Catch You
Catch Me" is playing.

Yue must eat as well. If you watch up till near the end of the series
there is the part where Sakura can't support Yue anymore and eating does
help him. Though not enough.

I remember saying him that eating doesn't help him, but that might be in
the Manga.

After re-reading the manga, I find that yue does not eat at all. Though
in human form he does.

Kero doesn't need to eat at all, and is actually self-sufficent in terms
of energy as his symbol is the sun. Yue's symbol is the moon so he
requires energy from his master in the same way that the moon reflects
light rather than generating it.

I can agree completely to this. I read in the manga (I think it was the
manga), that Kero started begging for food, Sakura didn't want to feed him,
then he confessed that he never once needed anything to eat, and of course
Sakura got steamed and flipped out a bit. n_n
