To all NG members,

Marika has made numerous demands for certain, private, information. I
have decided to grant her demand and tell her what she wants to know.
All I ask for, in advance of her receiving the requested information, is
that she respond to my Put Up Or Shut Up posting. If any NG member
thinks this is an unfair request, please post the reasons why, and if
the reasons are so egregious, I'll reevaluate my position, and what I
requested. If any NG member thinks this is a fair and equitable
solution to eliminating this roadblock to Marika's quest for truth,
please post your comments. And since Marika has put me in a killfile,
someone else will have to make sure she sees all of the mentioned posts.

Just trying to be fair,
Rich Reasin

The only problem here is that I see Richard as not being in any position to
bargain. As I said in a previous post, I'll do a name search (when I have the
time) throughout the state of California's docketing system.

Court cases are NEVER private information. They are always public
information.

ROFL! You really should reconsidered using the terms "NEVER" or
"ALWAYS", Marika, it makes you look mentally challenged and leaves
open the perfect opportunity, in this case, to point out either your
ignorance of the law, or your tendancy towards deliberately lying.
So which is it this time?
