Urgent Notice, Marika Confused Again-Caught Eating Feces

Bushburger, at least it looks like it sounds that way, has gone off the
beam again. Slanting and tilting the true perspective, the poor old
confused battle-ax, now thinks she is a legal expert, instead of a
billing clerk. She is telling the world, via the internet, that I
committed assaults on 2 people. She is such a smart and all knowing
person, NOT!!!, she is able to make such statements, without any
documentation, witnesses, or knowledge of the event. Actually, her
proven track record indicates she is a compulsive liar and is dumber
than kiwi possum feces. No insult to the feces intended, at least it
has useful purposes. In fact, she is so positive of herself she makes
the claim, that I assaulted 2 people, despite the fact that the great
state of California found enough evidence in my favor, to totally
exonerate me of any charges, and to award me damages from the people she
alleges I assaulted. Go figure. Could it have been the seventeen
witnesses that came forward to my defense, or the fact that the AR,
paint throwing scum couple, admitted they had done what I claimed and
that all further events had happened like I said?
Now Marika, in what part of my posting did I admit to assaulting
anyone? All I did was tell you the final outcome, of what was started
by the ARAs, and finished by me. This is to keep you from looking
dumber than kiwi feces in the future-see I told you nothing I could do
would prevent that from reoccurring-and to extend the life of your part
time legal advice practice, for an assault to have occurred I would have
had to initiate the attack. That's the law! All I did was to make an
arrest, and defend myself while doing so. You really should bone up on
this stuff, before you open your feces spewing yap.
Speaking of legal advice, and if someone would please clarify this for
me, I would appreciate it. I thought that the goings on in a doctors
office were privileged. That what happens there, stays there. Is there
some sort of law against posting medical facts and history of private
individuals on the internet, for the world to see? Maybe Marika could
help us out. According to her actions, i.e. by gleaning private
information from her workplace, a medical facility where she is employed
as a billing clerk, about some poor unfortunate child caught in a trap,
and posting it on the internet, she is indicating no laws have been
violated. Marika, now would be a good time for you to give us your two
cents worth. You are, at least in your own minds eye, quite the legal
brain. I'm sure all of the membership would enjoy hearing your
response. And we'll be sure to send your friendly Senators, and other
political types, copies, so as to keep them up to date on your
admirable efforts. If you can't respond, due to pressures at work, like
getting fired and sued if your dirty little secret comes out, we will
understand. Hell, we may even intervene on your behalf and send the
business manager of your office a preemptive first strike letter,
telling that person that in all probability, someone stole your e-mail
password, and is forging your alleged postings. And explain how to
check past postings, via deja vu, to verify any questions for
themselves. After all, we are here to help you in your time of need.
You do treat us all with respect and dignity, and deserve some back. A
quick recap of your child caught in a trap original posting, indicates
you personally witnessed this event while working at your billing clerk
job, and then you posted the private information to the internet. I
just want to get the facts straight. Now, when they brought the child
into the doctors office, was the trap still attached? Or was the child
just there for injuries? If the child was so badly hurt, why did the
irresponsible parents take him to the doctors office, instead of a
trauma center? Is the best place to take a severely injured child YOUR
workplace perhaps? Like I said, any comments you may have, we will be
glad to entertain.
On a more personal level, when I kicked the guys knee and heard it pop,
I felt sorry for him, crippled for life for such a stupid act. But any
feelings of regret were soon gone, when I had a 150 lb AR Queenie riding
my back, trying to gouge my eyes out. I took great satisfaction when I
backed her up into the front of a building as hard as I could, and heard
the rush of air being expelled from her lungs. My satisfaction was
further enhanced when I slammed my head back, and felt her nose
cartilage crush beneath my skull. She just flopped to the ground,
bleeding like the pig she was. That's the trouble with you ARAs, you
just can't take it! But, if you wish to play contact sports, you had
better be prepared for contact. I suffered some minor wounds, mostly to
the face-one cut ,through the eyebrow, took 4 stitches, but no long term
stuff. I gave that AR Queenie a break. I could have sent her to jail,
but not wanting to have to hang around until a trial took place, I let
her plead to a lesser charge, a non felony. If I had had more
experience with the likes of her, or you, I would have gone for the
max. No mercy for the ARA dumber than feces crowd, from now on. BTW,
Marika, you ARE part of that crowd.
Oh, and on an even more personal note, yesterdays game farm results,
golden pheasants-0, Rich Reasin-6. As I was dispatching them in a
humane way, I told each one, Marika loves you. Funny thing, they didn't
seem to care. The new dog worked great. It is just so smart, smarter
than all the ARAs put together. Well, that's not saying much, but the
dog is smart. I'm teaching it to take a Marika in the same part of the
yard every day. It seems to grasp the concept without any difficulty.
Now as to the subject of this posting, eating feces, Marika must have
ingested some in order for it to spew from her mouth so copiously. It's
an old ARA motto, FiFo. Feces in, feces out. If we, the ARA's, can't
dazzle them with brilliance, that's obvious, them we will confound them
with bullshit.
The AR Queenie, Marika, goes down in defeat. She only accomplished
making herself look stupid again.
Wondering why debating Marika is no fun, is answered by the old adage, a
battle of the wits with the unarmed.

denied that paint was throw at you, in fact I can tell you from your own post,
the color was red and it was thrown all over your motorcycle and leather (it
wears so well, barf) jacket which you claimed to still have in your possession.
You claimed to have kicked the knees out from under the man, and beat up his
girlfriend. That's not assault?
I'm still awaiting the county in which this occurred so I can look up the docket
number and get the trial information. All court cases are public information so
if you're not making all this up, (and I think you are) the information should
be available, even from 25-30 years ago.

you read the post, (which you obviously didn't) you would have noticed it was
written by a doctor, published in the JAMA, and no patient information was
revealed whatsoever....In fact, I NEVER revealed any information about any
patient and for THAT reason, I was called a liar by the furtrappers and
pro-animal killers on this newsgroup.

Marika, at least make an effort to get some of your facts correct. Not
one thing in
the opening paragraph of your post is true. This lying compulsion of
yours, is
getting out of hand.
First, I never "admitted" to anything. I simply made a statement of
fact. There is
a huge difference between admitting and stating. Why you wish to change
my words is
beyond me. Must be some sort of legal trick you are trying out.
Secondly, and if you do this, you win the brass ring, I'll tell you the
information
you so desperately seek about "what county in CA", show me, and the rest
of the NG,

Even spell
checkers miss grammar mistakes Marika. Another way to keep from looking
dumber than
feces is to reread your posts, just a friendly tip. Anyway, that is all
you have to
do. But if you can't, you leave the NG. Do we have a deal?
Thirdly, I realize you love to add new things and titles to your job
resume, but
clairvoyant? I think you are reaching. I never stated the color of the
paint. You
will be able to learn what it happened to be, when you obtain my court
records.
Fourthly, your powers of clairvoyance are already starting to ebb. The
paint was
thrown on me, my motorcycle, jacket, and hat. Had the paint been thrown
just on
material property, the entire outcome may have been different. But I
took exception
to the oil based make-up, and pursued the assailants. Unfortunately for
them, they
decided to just walk away. The ARAs were dumb as feces back then too.
They should
of run.
Fifthly, I claimed to still have the replacement leather gear, not the
paint stained
originals.
And lastly, after all these years, I still wear that same leather gear.
I've had to
reline the jacket several times, but that was an all natural material.
The leather
itself has gotten softer and more comfortable with age. Like I said,
nothing wears
like leather and fur.
It just occurred to me, Jerry Springer could do a show about you. Gray
haired,
clairvoyant, old AR battle-axes, who are dumber than rocks and
compulsive liars.
Maybe not. Even Jerry Springer fans have to draw the line some where.

I stated I kicked a knee. And that was only after the punk tried to
clobber me with
a gallon of Sherwin-Williams. The AR Queenie attacked me. I just
defended
myself. The state of California decided that that was not assault.

The article was posted, I even offered to mail the article to anyone who wanted
a copy of it. So what is the problem?
I purchased my copy of the article directly from JAMA and paid all the necessary
fees.
The reason Mack took the time to type the article was because I mailed it to
him. He volunteered to type the article for the newsgroup and I verified that
he typed it accurately, changed nothing and omitted nothing.
You guys screwed up and now it's coming back at ya!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not a matter of misunderstanding. It's a matter of trying to dredge up

I think you could stand to show some intelligence if you start a NEW thread on
