I don't think any animal should be killed simply for existing. I don't
object to a venomous snake being killed if it's in an area where children
play though.
I think it's better if it can be moved away by a professional and released
away from humans if possible.

If that approach were taken there would be more rats,
mice, snakes, flies, ticks, fleas, tapeworms, etc... than we
could deal with. Some people like to keep such problems
from getting too large if they can, and it's only for that
reason that the problems don't become too large.

Explain why. I feel that it is, since it would be great if
the only people who ever got bitten by poisonous snakes,
were people who liked having them around. Why do you
want people who don't want them around to get bitten

Prove it. I believe you're lying, unless poisonous snakes
are automatically in the direct threat catagory since they are
a direct threat, and it's not illegal to kill them. I was told by
a ranger that it's legal to kill poisonous snakes in a local
national park, but illegal to kill non-poisonous snakes.

four are also overpopulated. Snakes are, for the most part, harmless and
useful. They help to control mice and rats. Even venomous snakes generally
do more good than harm, if left alone. It's important to note that the urge
some people have to kill snakes has caused some species to be endangered or
at least threatened. This in turn increases the problems from vermin such as
rats and mice.
Unless it's in an area where children play, or a venomous snake is inside
your house, I think it's best just to leave all snakes alone. Some people
who get bitten actually get bitten because they're trying to kill the snake
and the snake is trying to defend itself. A LOT of incidents where people
get bitten involve alcohol, and it wasn't the snake that was drinking.

of that snake's offspring bites someone or a pet years later, it's still your
fault that they got bitten. I don't want to let it be my fault if I can help it
