1) Theory proposed by Ken Dolan is as follows: to survive as a
species: dolphins have to be able to read minds of every species on
Earth

2) Facts known about dolphins: a) communications by dolphins are so
complex: there are some people that believe that both communications
and INTELLIGENCE of dolphins are better than humans themselves
characterized by the very best of linguistics experts while able to
decipher language of nearly every animal in the world way less complex
than dolphins, ARE NOT ABLE to decipher language of dolphins b)
dolphins use sonar-type signals to "bounce back" to dolphins to be
"read" by dolphins to be "read" as signals, but may "read" entire
nervous systems and brains of every species including human beings,
for example, people have always wanted dolphins to be "smart enough"
to detect movement and direction of prey of fish through same sonar
like signals, but dolphins may be "smart emough" and perhaps MORE
INTELLIGENT than human beings in being able to read every thought of
every species including human beings AND DETECT movement and direction
BEFORE prey of fish are able to detect c) electroencelphalogram
technology shows that reading conscious thought would not be too
unusually difficult, therefore a "reading energy" without electrodes
obviously has been tried since 1980's by every nation in the world: if

never claimed by Ken Dolan would need to include instant death of

letter "u" as different from simply detecting movement and direction
of humans through "sonar-like signal" 4) if establishment is ever

than fish is reading movement and direction in nervous system and
brains of prey BEFORE prey even knows movement and direction ONLY
PHYSICALLY ACHEIVEABLE THROUGH DOLPHINS HAVING ABILITY AND APPLYING
ABILITY to read every nervous system and brain of every species that
is built in every dolphin as born to survive by able catch prey before
prey able to know where prey is moving and/or what direction moving.

Easy proof of hypothesis as done already in dolphin study:

Theory: prove that dolphins are able to detect NEVER JUST DIRECTION
AND MOVEMENT of prey of fish, but dolphins KNOW BEFORE prey as fish
knows prey as fish

More "weird" information on this including potentially "ancient
powers" including mastering the element of time by dolphins and
ummmm ... dolphins may have had capacity to EXTINCT entire human race
and CHOOSE never too as good spirit to humans .. and ummmm, dolphins
might make "masturbation jokes" when referring to human race, I know
this sounds odd, but because dolphins nature to "survive" if MORE
INTELLIGENT species than humans, might "love to joke and play" on
probably near ANNOYING LEVELS THAT T H E Y CANNOT HELP.

Please remember that dolphins are made the way dolphins are made AND

There is another way to interpret the data from your #3 Method of Proof. It's kind of the reason I think I can drive faster through heavy traffic than anyone else on the road (99% of the time), without speeding, and while driving safely. In this metaphor, me and my car are the dolphin, and all the other traffic is like the fish.

I get into the heads of all the drivers on the road around me, simultaneously, assessing their manner of driving, their acceleration, turning, type of car, what they look like, are they paying attention, and so on. I look at the traffic patterns coming up. There's some intense Game Theory behind this if you care to look, but since most drivers don't consider this perspective at all, it's like reading their minds. But I digress. I know where these drivers are going to go before they do, because I am also looking up ahead and behind at all lanes of traffic and guessing (usually right) where each car is going to go, and which lane will be the fastest. Sometimes this is subject to local conventions.

Anyway, my main point here, is that the dolphin could just know where the fish is most likely to go in much the same way I know that a car is about to put its signal light on before it even starts to change lanes.
