What I think is interesting is that a small bomb,
set by a crank, is sufficient to cause a very
large nation to roll its eyes and shake in its
boots. Things must be pretty slow out there
in the hinterland.

We don't who did it; we don't know that the perpetrator was not an
anarchist. It isn't exactly impossible. That of course doesn't justify
jumping to the conclusion without evidence.
I also like the way Geraldo says "echo-terrorist" instead of
"eco-terrorist". And he actually made the point that this was done in a
way that avoids harming a human being.
