Hi - I'm not sure if everyone here has already done this one to death,
but the anagram puzzle 'Roast Mules' plays a part in the new book by
Ira Levin, the sequel to Rosemary's Baby , "Son of Rosemary".
Now, we here used Scrabble tiles and came up with lots of good two
word pairings, including the appropriate 'soul master', but according
to the author it is one ten letter word that 5or 6 year olds could
use. Mr. Levin doesn't solve it during the book and advises everyone
in the postscrpt to save the postage, as it is a nice, non-threatening
word.
Hints would be appreciated.

OK, I won't give the answer, but will give some hints.

I am not head over heels about the answer
Yes, most 5-6 years could do this without gymnastic lessons.

Enough, enough, I am giving the game away

I don't know if Jo McBride is having as much trouble with 'roast mules' as
I am with my Internet linkage, but I'm happy to tell her the answer if she
hasn't body-flipped over it by now.

Salutations.

She told me (by email) that someone told her the answer, when she was
really keen to work it out with hints. I think she was disappointed
about that.

Maybe we should have a rule that the answers are not given until someone
begs for them.

1998 - 'appy anywhere!!
