AMORC Degree 10 monograph initiation

Hi

For an interesting post but now I cant find it.

There are two sets of AMORC monographs complete (old ones).
I think one set is Harvey Spencer Lewis era and the other set is Ralph Maxwell Lewis era.

Was Ralph Maxwell Lewis the creator of the correspondence monograph system? If this is true then is there such a thing as Harvey Spencer Lewis correspondence monograph system?

Both sets of the old monographs have a tenth degree but the one set (I think the older one) has no 10th degree initiation.

Was there before no 10th degree initiation? Was it later added?

Older members of AMORC might now?

Gary L Stewart's CR+C Order has all old Lewis monographs. They go up to
9th and then 'Illuminati'. No 10th.
