I'm here too. It's been a while since I was on newsgroups but I picked
it back up a few days ago.

I was rather disappointed to see how little traffic they get these
days.

I have two amigas in a box in the garage. I have a BeBox too. Another
failed wonderful system. Amiga gave it a good go, I still miss it.

Now the new WebOs from Palm is kul, like Amiga/BeOs. It seems to be
dying too.

Dave Haynie has a YouTube channel with some Amiga stuff.

A4000 main machine died in 2004. Move to Linux and Windows. Amikit is a
great alternative. It is built on Amiga Forever (WinUAE). Use that for my e-
mail when I am not on Linux.

amiga user now use directly amiga internet site like amigans,
amigaworld, etc...
for discuss amiga or use special Mailing list.

why: because in france, providers rarely provide an access to the
usenet.

I'm using everyday my A1200+060/50+voodoo3+96 mo fast or my SAm770EP
(PPC 667 mhz and radeon M9).

If on usenet newsgroups area miga users who read this mail and haven't
other contact, I invite all to
check some amiga known internet site about amiga general news.

for example:

Hyperion win the lawsuit againt amiga INC and all the right is now for
hyperion.

actual NG machine are:

SAM 440 ep 667 mhz PPC
SAM 400 flew 800 mhz PPC

Soon: september 2010

SAM 440 1 ghz

Soon: december 2010

X1000 PA6T Bi-processor PPC 1.8 ghz.

Actual AOS: AOS4.1 U2.

Amiga is as allways, small community with small posiiblities.
