Four “Alien” Bases On Earth
Update: At the Janurary 2, 2013 Annual International UFO Congress held
at the River Palms Resort in Laughlin, Nevada; Leonard Buchanan
confirmed the existence of four previously disclosed Extraterrestrial
bases discovered on planet Earth. Mr. Buchanan detailed his
background as a military controlled remote viewer (CEV). His company
trains CRVers at all levels and performs CRV work for individuals,
corporations, and government agencies. Mr. Buchanan is also a
lifelong psychic as well as an alien abductee. During the military
controlled remote viewing sessions, trained observers discovered four
extraterrestrial bases found across the globe. These ET bases are
located at Mt. Parted in Northern Spain, Mt. Inyangani in Zimbabwe,
Mt. Hayes, Alaska and Mt. Ziel, Australia.
Interestingly, the Pentagon has not denied that these ET bases exist.
Point in fact, these isolated locations are just the places that are
easily to defend against, in addition, many local residents have seen
secret U.S. troops set up their own clandestine “bases” next to the
Extraterrestrial “bases.” A wide variety of scientists and UFO
researchers have speculated that certain Extraterrestrial Races are
working in these secret underground bases with an international
scientific human faction. Humans and definite off-world races have
been proven to be working together in super-secret underground bases
at Area-5 in Nevada; Pine Gap, Australia and El Yunque, Puerto Rico.
Many contractors who have worked on the construction of these
underground bases are afraid to talk about them and will do so only
“off the record.” Every one of these witnesses have been threatened
by the military and constantly reminded of their “oath”, some have
even been murdered, and made to look like a suicide.
But enough of these witnesses have described alien beings working side-
by-side with military personnel, physicists and mathematicians on a
wide variety of experiments. The purpose of the alien’s intentions
remains a total mystery even to those in these working groups. But
some top military brass has all but admitted that the alien’s plans
are not totally “altruistic”, and parts of the ET/human project are
very “troubling.” The creation of alien-human hybrids obviously must
be part of that classified agenda. But what the timetable is in having
these “hybrids” co-exist with the rest of the humanity and what effect
it will have with human life around the world remains topics of heated
discussion within the hallowed walls of the Pentagon. There is even
speculation that the new breed of alien/human hybrids will replace the
current crop of Homo sapiens entirely.
Many extraterrestrial races are getting “tired” of current human
activities and plan to drastically change the “status quo.” Part of
these changes includes abolishing all nuclear weapons and wars, the
end of clear-cutting old growth forests, a moratorium on strip mining,
and stopping all pollution of Earth’s waterways. “Perhaps eliminating
‘State’ UFO debunkers would be an excellent policy-decision that can
be made right now,” prophesized Art Wholeflaffer, President of HACA
(Human-Alien Contact Agenda). HACA is in the forefront of
establishing open contract with ETs with the more enlightened members
of the human race. “It’s not too late to prove that humans are truly
a decent sort, who can be trusted with ultra-high-technology and other

mechanisms and cold fusion technologies for the benefit of ALL

real participatory democracy and establishing a joint human-ET
exchange program. The time is now to whip this planet into shape. My
heart goes out to UFO debunkers, they will have to join the human race
and give up their old ways. Their service to the “State” is duly
noted and your medals will be sent to you as soon as possible,”
explained Wholeflaffer. The masses of humanity totally agreed with
that assessment and are willing to sign on as quickly as possible.
Laughlin, NV- A former operations and training officer for a top-
secret U.S. Army intelligence unit said that a study within that group
had partially confirmed a previous report of four separate
extraterrestrial “bases” on earth. Capt. Frederick H. “Skip” Atwater
(Ret.), ...said the bases were indicated within mountains located in
the Pyrenees on the Franco-Spanish border, in the northern territory
of Australia, in the African nation of Zimbabwe, and in Alaska...
In addition to his military career, during which he was awarded the
Meritorious Service Medal for his work with the psychic intelligence
unit Atwater is currently research director for the Monroe Institute
in Faber, Virginia, a world-famous non-profit research organization
studying human consciousness.
Pyrenees location is a “main base” from which “flying units” (UFOs)
took off and landed and was under Mount Perdido. The African base
under Mount Inyangani is a base for maintenance and repair. The base
under Mount Ziel in Australia if for a mixture of “personnel” from the
other bases while the fourth, under Mount Hayes in Alaska, is a
weather and geological study center.

“Interplanetary Space Port is Discovered in the Foothills of North
Caucasus Plateau, Where UFOs are Pasturing” - this is headline of the
article in a respected Russian newspaper “Trud”, Moscow, dated June
20, 2003, p. 4. Intensive alien activity is reported from the area of
Lagonaki plateau north of the Russian resort town of Sochi, near the
nature reserve. “Local residents and Ufologists are convinced that
there is an interplanetary space port,”—states Mr. Nikolay Sedov, the
journalist. Several witnesses are quoting. Mr. Viktor Yasenev stated
that he saw a cylinder-shaped object, silver in color, over Cice
Rbiver Canyon. “It was shaped like a rocket (missile), with windows
and structure above. There were three of us. What amazed me, it
suddenly froze in the air over our heads, like it was overlooking us.
Then, it sharply zoomed up and disappeared behind Mt. Fisht in
complete silence, only the sound of the river was heard.”
The second UFO, met by Mr. Yasenev, was shaped like a saucer, more
exactly, like two saucers joined together, with a transparent dome on
top and in a pulsing semicircle (like plasma) beneath. It is most
amazing that those reports coincide word by word with the story of
other witness, Mr. Dmitriy Didimov, local forester—security officer of
the Nature Reserve. He and his wife, local teacher, did observe UFOs
at least seven times. Sharp changes of pressure were sensed. At first,
thinking of these observatibons of optical deceptions or accidental
events, he later started a chronicle of those UFO cases, with the help
of his colleagues. Now his chronicle contains more than 20 cases that
are almost the same (by different witnesses) even in diminutive
details.
“The recent UFO visit was not long ago, states Mr. Didimov. -
The UFO was hovering over the trees about 100 meters from me. I
did see light in the windows. After that, I sensed the wave of
air from it, the lower part of the “saucer” became saturated by
cherry color. In a sudden, it disappeared.” All facts indicate
that, very likely, another underground alien base in located in
the area of Mt. Fisht (2867 m over the sea level, with eternal
ice glacier) and nearby Laganaki plateau (isolated remote area),
asb well as in the other places of the Caucasus region
(including its highest mountain - El’brus) that have numerous
underground alien bases, sub-bases, deep caves, connected by
tunnels. These tunnels go to Crimean bases as well (as we

Pat Price, the now deceased, since 1975, supposedly, the best remote
viewer in the World at the time originally discovered the bases.
Project 8200, a secret operation, of the STARGATE remote viewing
protocol, headed by Skip Atwater had some other remote viewers, in the
