having been lost. It does however prove what you consider as being
properly educated means.

The Salvation Army is however one of the best options for supporting
others in need, and I buy from their stores most of the time, having
spent at least a thousand dollars in the past few years, which not
only employs those in need but also helps to fund other issues. Their
overhead isn't half of what Goodwill requires, and it isn't 10% of
what the Red Cross takes to run.

Actually, the Salvation Army and Goodwill tend to rake in a
considerable amount of taxable loot at their stores, which paid damn
little if anything for their inventory that had already been income
and resale taxed to begin with.

Taxing previously taxed goods should be unconstitutional, but then our

every dollar to begin with.

Nazi Winter Relief Fund, to which donations were almost mandatory, was

siphoned off into making arms for the war, and those beggars were
quietly sent off to concentration camps.

Oregon is without a sales tax, but property and State income tax more
than makes up for everything that directly benefits yourself.

By this time next year, we in Washington State could be paying $5/
gallon, plus paying a lot more our license tabs, as well as forking
out tolls for using roads and bridges. Expect US Postal rate will
become $.50/stamp and larger Postal shipped items going up by at least
10% and overnight (aka best effort) rates pushed up as much as 50%,
though junk and especially government bulk mail well likely be further
discounted.

month of June 100% of all donated monies would be sent to charities.
