REAL Time Travel case and the chief witness refuses to speak

This case could be solved in no time. That is, if the
chief witness would FINALLY end his more than five
decades of silence...

The problem with such cases is that there are so
few hard records and so few details that we wouldn't
know where to search anyway. But if witnesses are
telling the truth, one man is capable of providing all
the details we need, and we could falsify or prove
the most likely case of genuine Time Travel to have
even been told.
