Just FYI, when I start sharing certain details about my legal cases against
the industry on my Facebook notes to my audience, let us call them the
plaintiffs (in certain particulars).
If the defendant(s) have a problem with free speech or private attorney
generals. They should direct their attention to the Li family's legal
representation directly, and spare Facebook from any annoying takedown or
DOS attempts.
However, it would appear quite odd if my Facebook posts or account just up
and disappeared.
His son Victor li had a bit of trouble acquiring a measly 1/3 of Air Canada.
Has seemed quite ineffective in making any changes to the airline due to
interference from the unions.
It seems rather that they took $500 million from him so they could keep Air
Canada afloat, to prevent it from going belly up, because Canada doesn’t
want to have to comply with those pesky NAFTA and WTO rules. You see when
the airline went "public" through the "Air Canada Public Participation Act"
they made a itty bitty error of judgment.
They put the name of the airline in the name of the act. So if the airline
were to go bankrupt, or the act where to be modified in any way, it would
lost its NAFTA "grandfather protection" and leave them open to various WTO
and NAFTA sanctions eventually leading to 100% foreign ownership of Canadian
companies.
Tsk tsk I guess Canadian nationalism isn't NAFTA compliant.
But we know that wont happen. Just as we know that Canada will never pass
Whistleblower protection for its citizens. My only question is, what do I
have to do to get Victor Li honorary Whistleblower status (Or receivership
as I firmly suggested in a certified letter to certain Canadian government
offical's) as a government official, like how his dad has honorary
citizenship in several chinese provinces?
We shall see.
