Does this general workflow work, or would I be seriously crippling the experience and what makes the SP-404 MKII fun to use? Could I still apply live effects on eg just the bassline while playing a pattern sequence playing the drums, bass and lead at the same time by routing only a certain sample into the effects? And then resample only that modified bassline into a new bass sample/variation? Meaning I could then create a new sequence pattern with that variation bassline used instead of the original one?
