How to Use Caterpillar FPC Software to Optimize Your Fleet Performance and Costs

Step 1: Create a New Project
After launching the software, click on File and select New to create a new project. You will see a Project screen where you can enter some basic information about your project, such as:

Prepared for, by and date
Units of measurement

Step 2: Input Your Equipment Data

The software will then calculate the cycle time, fleet size, production rate, fuel consumption, operating cost, owning cost and total cost for your analysis.
