I am looking for a Grand Daughter born in the summer of 1967 at the
Salvation Army
Home for Unwed Mothers in Detroit, Michigan. She was adopted at birth. I
also understand
there was an eye problem that the child had to have some sort of
operation shortly after

However, there is
another Grand Daughter who would be an older sister by two years to

I had a daughter 23 years ago and I named her Natasha Halima Lane. I

unwed mother's home called Booth Memorial Hospital in Wichita KS. This
was a home for
unwed mothers owned by The Salvation Army. I had no choice but to put
my daughter up
for adoption because I had no where to go if I kept her. She has a
baby sister, who also
wants to find her. The information that I can give you is that my
social worker was Mrs.
Struble, who has sinced passed away. The hospital I had her in was
Wesley Medical Center
in Wichita Ks. The adoption took place in Sedgwick County Courthouse.
THe attened
physicians were Dr. Humes, Dr. Webster, and Dr. Bates. Natasha weighed
7lbs. 5 ozs. I
believe her adopted parents lived in the state of MIssouri or the state
of Kansas. I was told
they are professionals. The reason why I know this is because they paid
for the labor room.
This room was a private labor room. I had her caesarean section. I had
a private suite. The
other girls in the unwed mother;s home had to share the labor room
and regular room.
Everything I could possibly want in this room was paid for. Her parents
paid a lot for her. I
didn't realize this until maybe 5 years ago. If I could get someone
to help me find her I
would appreciate it. I used to have a health problem, Systemic Lupus
Erythamatosus which
is a generic disease. There are so many things I want her to know. By
the grace of God I
pray that someone will let me know where my daughter is. If anybody

FL and went to the adoption agency located in St.Petersburg,FL to
inquire about you and
they told me you had been adopted by two college professors and they
ahd also adopted
you a brother.I made sure I left all the info on me with them in case
you ever started to look
for me.
