Looking for Birth Family members.
Born Darryll Craig Voth (or DeVoth) in Vancouver BC, 21-Jul-1961.
Beleive birth father's name was Alexander.
I am led to understand that both birth parents were at BC university, but
this may not have been the case.

Hi,

I'm sorry but I'm new to all this and I don't actually know what a non-id
would be?

Documents I do have are :
Birth Certificate.
Adoption Document confirming birth mother's consent and dispensing with the
consent from Ernest Alexander Voth (husband of the mother)
Adoption Document confirming Adopting parents and infant name change from
"Darryll Craig Voth" to "John Franklin"
