Looking for Birth Family. Mother's last name was South, I believe.
Born 15 December 1945 @ 9:25 A.M. Fairmont Hospital, Kansas City,
Missouri .
My Name on my birth certificate was Stephen South.
Delivered by Fred B. Kyger, M.D. of Kansas City, Missouri.
