infoshops network

[worthing eco action]

just to let you know about a new project we're trying to get together.

the main purposes of the infoshops network are to:
1. enable networking, skill and information sharing between autonomous
groups who run info shops/cafes/etc.
2. discuss how information can best be brought together and disseminated
on the web.
3. inititiate a central online information database and inspire others to
create their own autonomous spaces
4. to help people get away from their computers and into the real world
by putting them in touch with real people near them who want to create
actual communities.

we have lots of info and literature available for people to read / take
away, so if you have anything you think infoshops could use / publicise
please email tea...@worthing.eco-action.org. and if you are involved
with an infoshop then please let us know and subscribe to the mail list!
