I consider the bill lacks the perfection of developing the
coverage the French have.

What I find amazing is how conservatives say that government
can't do anything right and yet they have so much
faith in the armed forces, which all too often does things
wrong. The term SNAFU will go down in history as an
expression which especially includes the US armed forces.
The nation goes on manufacturing high tech military toys
without a peep of complaint except by my ilk.
