Not exactly. Health insurers will be mandated to include free
contraception in their packages.

In America, churches don't have the right to determine what health
care employees may receive.

If they don't write you a prescription for it, then there is nothing to pay

Not true, since churches are free to not provide any health insurance at
all.

Some private employers offer health insurance that doesn't cover dental
or vision. I personally would prefer coverage of dental work over birth
control, but Obama has decreed that the latter is more important. I have
no control over my teeth (my last crown cost me $1000 out of pocket), but
I do have control over my genitals. My vision is still okay, but I
probably could use a pair of reading glasses. Doesn't my right to read
mean the government must buy me eyeglasses?

A chipped tooth is unavoidable, but spreading one's legs is an entirely
voluntary decision. Unlike unplanned children which can be aborted or
given away, unplanned broken teeth prevent me from eating and I starve to
death. Why does Chairman Obama refuse to provide me with free dental
coverage?

We are when they act as employers, such as the Catholic Church with
hundreds of hospitals in the country. And for that matter, if the church
hires a groundskeeper or janitor, it doesn't have the right to make any
demands regarding the religion of the applicants--that's reserved for
church officials only.

Dental costs a lot more. Hopefully in the next round of health care
reform it will get added.

As for glasses: yes, I think those should be covered. There's millions
of Americans who are wearing glasses they got for free second-hand, and
some do more harm than good.
