We are when they act as employers, such as the Catholic Church with
hundreds of hospitals in the country. And for that matter, if the church
hires a groundskeeper or janitor, it doesn't have the right to make any
demands regarding the religion of the applicants--that's reserved for
church officials only.

Dental costs a lot more. Hopefully in the next round of health care
reform it will get added.
As for glasses: yes, I think those should be covered. There's millions
of Americans who are wearing glasses they got for free second-hand, and
some do more harm than good.
