You can market yourself better with the right name.
If your name is Ramon Estevez, then you might have a differcult time
marketing yourself to certain regions in the country like down south.
Or even in Hollwood. If you don't look like a minority, then why hinder
your chances by having a minority name. Change it! Change it to sound
universal. So that it is excepted by all people.
Nobody needs to know you're a minority, it's none of their business.
Pass for White. Pass for Jewish. Pass for Irish. Pass for French.
Pass for everything you can. Camouflage yourself like a chameleon
does in nature in accordance with your surroundings. Changeing your
name can hide you identity from others. If *they* don't like the sound
of your name, *they* won't want to see you.
So come up with a name that nobody can be predjuice to.
It has to blend in with everyone, like a chameleon, ...to survive.

"Martin" fits everywhere and "Sheen" just blends in with everyone.
The name Martin Sheen does two things, it hides ethnicity and it
is more maketable to the general audience.
