Well, they haven't been left with very much to work with... And but for
a scant few they aren't gonna have the means or future prospect than we
had. They do inherit all the challenges that prior generations caused or
never handled, so that's something I guess.

Since it regards the state constitution it ends in the state supreme
court, so i may have a chance. I don't know anything about the Montana
supreme court but it can hardly be as horrible as the Federal one...
