Hey guys ...
I called up Noreen Even and Wesley Cheesboro ...
a big waste of time to call them up.
You guys re-elected then again ... and Wesley is taking another 2 year
paid vacation on your dime. He ain't doing shit for anyone ...
Anyhow guys if you want to fire the Cops every 5 years and make them
move on to another of the 6 Metropolitian Jurisdictions we make the
state into so they can get their 30 years retirement from the State ...
well you are going to have to do it your self.
Internal Affairs Investigation do not work for spit ... as you got a
Sonoma County 30 year guy .. investigating one of his 30 year Sonoma
buddies who got initiated into the nigger beat down squard you have to
join to do your 30 years.
When you make them move on ... then Internal Affairs has no adgenda,
they just do business. The cops get caught and they have to leave ..
otherwise ... they stay and you guys pay the bill.
I also want ANY JUDGE, District Attorney or Cop .. that gets a DUI --
they lose their job .. as they are an addict.
There is one Judge in Lake County with 3 DUIs and the last with accident
injury -- he is still on the job and still an addict just not getting
caught anymore on the road.
Just see his Addict behaviour on the Bench he or she makes bad court
decisions that another Judge has to fix up ... if it gets that way.
Your California Legal System is a big mess Mr and Mrs California.
If you want to ask questions of the Witness with your attorney, The DA
and the Judge will say you are 'crazy'
then they will send you to a Court Psychiatrist and if he or she says
you are crazy then ...
get this ...
you are put into Napa State Hospital for the TIME OF THE CHARGES.
The DA wants you in jail for 90 days and you are not guilty and
factually innocent .. but no Jury as said so.
Soooo .. for 90 days they can hold you in Napa State Hopsital on Drugs
trying to make you 'SANE' or 'rehabilitate you.
Who says you are sane on drugs after this .. the same Judge and
Psychiatist who said you were crazy for defending your self in court and
confronting witness.
THEN ...
they will have a real jury trial with you on drugs and drooling beside
some attorney ...
"IT TAKES A LIFE OF ITS OWN" then ...
if you get caught up in this with a bad lawyer or one that is very busy
and can not take care of you.
No crime .. no Jury ... no verdict ... you in Napa State Hospital for
the time the District Attorney wanted to put in jail if you got a Guilty
Verdict.
This is California Law ....

Your State Senators and State Reps ...
who care not for your rights and welfare ...
