Dear Mayor Olivares:
I am a 60 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran with malignant and
metastatic cancer.
With my advancing age and subsequent disabilities that goes with age I
am unable to grow my own medicine.
I am also really not suppose to do that,\; like growing Insulin or
Percodans.
As this Medicine is suppose to be from the Pharmacy.
I am suppose to have only a 30 day supply, maybe a 90 day supply but no
more and go for a re-fill.
It keeps the medicine fresh, current, and less of a police problem in
reducing crime when it is done this way. What good does a 1 year supply
of Percodans do a patient ... really ... think it through. Likewise a 1
year supply of Medical Marijuana is dangerous as there are sick people
who will steal candy from a baby, or steal drugs from Grandma or steal
money from the Church offering bowl.
I want the State to regulate Prop 215 and deliver Medical Marijuana at
$10 an ounce. (Saffron is $40 an ounce and that is hard to grow).
At $10 an ounce ... there will be almost no incentive for illegal
marijuana on the black market (*except for the Meth Addicts*).
At $10 an ounce ... this will wipe out the Mexican Mafia as they will
have no Marijuana business here in California.
Grow it at University of California Davis, and after costs ... all
monies obtained through this means is Treasury Funds .. it will be
billions of dollars as it is so cheap to grow.
As all the patients are being served, and this is not grown in back
yards ... at $10 an ounce there is no reason to as it is far more
expensive to do so.
To Privatize Medical Marijuana like Viagra or Synthetic Marijuana is
privatized just goes on the Black Market for criminal corporations.
Like Stop Signs ... Tomatos, Parsley and the like .. Medical Marijuana
is NOT in the US Constitution and as such rest squarely in the
jurisdiction of the State, County and City.
Stop Signs are not controlled by the Federal Government under the
Interstate Commerce clause and same for Wheat, Tomato, Parsley, etc
This is the legal fact of the matter and must be pointed out ...

Modern Medicine has advanced so far with Cutting, Poisoning and Burning
a patient.
Modern Medicine is not working any more .. it has reached a dead end
from such heavy use much like DDT and bugs adapting, whereas herbals,
across the board, keep working nevertheless.
Statins are just Red Yeast Rice Extract in a test tube concentrate.
Statins kill you while lowering your cholesterol, and Red Yeast Rice
will not kill you while lowering cholesterol.
That is the clearly consistent difference with a distinction ...
one is dead while the other is living from the same circumstance.
