All fair minded people should not jump to any conclusions regarding the
defendant in this case until all the evidence has been presented in court.
Remember, Mr. Roeder is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. It's
the American way.

Shooter of Abortion Practitioner George Tiller to Rely on Justifiable
Homicide

by Steven Ertelt
LifeNews.com Editor
November 10, 2009

Wichita, KS (LifeNews.com) -- The man who stands accused of shooting and
killing late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller plans to rely on a
justifiable homicide defense in court. Scott Roeder told The Associated
Press in a 30-minute phone interview that he was motivated to kill Tiller
because he does abortions.

In the interview, Roeder admits to killing Tiller and plans to use the
defense even though courts have traditionally rejected it.

"Defending innocent life - that is what prompted me. It is pretty simple,"
the 51-yea-old former militia activists not affiliated with any pro-life
groups, told AP.

Roeder also indicated he would kill another abortion practitioner if he is
ever released from prison.

"[E]ven if one changed her mind it would be worth it," he told AP from jail.
"No, I don't have any regrets."

The American way is to protect the rights of minorities and women. The
American way is the right to federally funded abortion on demand without
argument or debate or permission from anyone. Anyone who obstructs, tries
to obstruct, or even talks or writes about obstructing abortion, both needs
and deserves to be killed or maimed to the point that they are no longer an
obstruction to anything. No, that doesn't include a trial. We already know
this bastard is guilty, take him out somewhere and burn him at the stake.
Baby, bad. Abortion, good.

Richard Jewel and the Scottsboro Boys never obstructed abortion, never
murdered anyone in front of witnesses in church, and never confessed or
boasted about their guilt. Mr. Roeder deserves an awful death for his
crimes. He deserves an awful death for speaking against abortion. Anyone
who gets in the way of an abortionist or a woman wanting an abortion is the
lowest of the low. Abortion obstructers need killing.

That's the decision of the pregnant woman...and a solid majority of them
choose to give birth. (From the CDC numbers for 2005, the last year before
that with fewer abortions in this country was likely before a lot of you
were born: 1974, which had 763,476 compared to 2005's 820,151. (In 1990,
they peaked at 1,429,279, and in the following years, the annual numbers have
decreased except in two years: 1989 and 1996.) You might as well get used
to it.

You have already confirmed that in this particular issue, your assertions
can reliably be regarded to be fact-free. (Take the credit for that, as you
earned it.)

Funny how that works with addled nutcases such as yourself.

Otoh, it amuses me to annoy and expose kooks.

That's what counts, isn't it?

In any event, watch and learn as the court deals with the "justifiable
homicide" farce.

Person is an ambiguous concept.

If it means being recognised at law with rights, yes, it begins at birth
for natural persons

If it means the singular of "people", a fetus is a person because:
people are organisms
hence they arise when organisms arise
those organisms arise when syngamy is complete
hence people arise when syngamy is complete
hence the zygote, embryo, fetus are people
hence each zygote embryo fetus is a person

You are using word games to disguise the fact the abortion is homicide,
and almost always unjustifiable homicide.

challenging Roe v. Wade at the current time since such matters are not
decided in criminal court.

That's your opinion, and irrelevant to the topic of murder. Fetuses
are not considered "persons" under the law, nor recognized as citizens
protected under the Constitution.

The term "person" or "persons" is not a legal ambiquity, it has a
specific meaning under the law.

That's what happens when you devote what's left of your brain to your
obsession. Sucks to be you, wot?

It isn't legal, so maybe you should shove your head back up your fat ass and
deal with the real world for once in your life. We're nowhere near getting
within a few thousand miles of even considering such an action, unless the
USA starts cranking out babies faster than China, and the probabilities of
that are not exactly high at all for obvious reasons...and if it gets to
that point, the game will have already been over, and there'll have been a
historical famine that will have wiped out a few hundred million of our own,
more than likely...and it won't confine itself to national boundaries.

> The war on abortion will go on until it stops. You get used to it.

I'll get used to seeing the details of your funeral, because you were too
stupid to prevent it.

So destroying the World Trade Center wasn't terrorism, according to
you.

Haven't you yet figured out that your cult has made you insane?

I see the ambiguity, that's why I'm not deceived by it.

If you don't see it, you are the deceived one.

But, I think you do see it and are just a filthy liar.
