A Philadelphia jury found abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell guilty on
three counts of first-degree murder and one count of involuntary
manslaughter, acquitting him of one murder charge Monday.

The prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Dr. Gosnell, who
was accused of performing illegal, late-term abortions and delivering
at least four babies alive before using scissors to sever their spines
and kill them.

What Kermit Gosnell did wasn't, he was actually found guilty of
murder.

Because the jury decided that certain victims had survived the
process.

That meant that when he severed their necks, he was actually killing

That is correct. He was a VERY lazy abortion doctor. It was far easier to
induce labor and murder the babies after they were born than to perform a
partial birth abortion (the medical term is intact dilation and
extraction). Several years ago, I saw a video of that gruesome procedure.
It's a very difficult procedure to perform. I doubt that you could ever
find a you tube video of that procedure since it is so gruesome.

To be technical it's all brutal butchery. But this was a terrible
miscarriage of justice. The good doctor violated a law that is
entirely too stringent. No parent, man or woman should be forced to have
or support an offspring she doesn't want.

society should not be forced to care for and support an offspring that
