The welfare of children is paramount to this pontiff. Gay priests
beware!

http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/pope-remembers-child-abuse-victims-offers-prayers/

Vatican City, May 5, 2013 / 06:57 am (CNA/EWTN News).- At the end of
Mass, Pope Francis noted that the Day of Child Victims of Violence is
observed today and assured all those who “have suffered and are
suffering because of abuse” that they “are present in my prayers.”

“I would also say emphatically that we must all commit ourselves with
clarity and courage to every human person, especially children, who
are among the most vulnerable,” the Pope told the crowd of thousands
on May 5, before reciting the Regina Caeli prayer.

Hence the Catholic Church's No Child's Behind Left Alone program.

The Pope is a divining rod of pure joy and goodness. All congregate in
churches around the world to support his love for children as the official
messenger to Him. The 10 Commandments tell us to Love Thy Neighbor and so
it is written that His love for children be a compulsory delight no matter
how badly you misinterpret them!

Amen.

Oh good. The last pope couldn't stop the problem, so this one's going to
try something else that doesn't work - prayer.

Priests love children just a tad too much, I think.

There's no such thing as too much love, but I'm not suprized you Atheists
struggle with love - all Heathens are at odds with God's love precisely
because they don't have the love and goodness of Him in their hearts.

The last pope saw the problem as the inability of the Roman Catholic
Crime Syndicate to conceal its vile record of covering up and abetting
the child-raping priests. There's no reason to believe that the new
guy has a different agenda.

To date, the Church has done everything in it's power to make sure as
many children as possible suffer as much as possible in every way
possible. Isn't this a rather sudden and drastic change in RCC policy?

Then how come studies have shown that limiting family size is one of
the best vectors to reducing poverty in the developing world?

According to your theory, studies should be showing just the opposite,
and larger families should be doing better.

They're not.

Pope remembers child abuse victims, literally.

Prayer - Telepathically talking to the creator of the universe and
asking for a favor that will suspend space/time/reality to alter
events at the whim of a fallen creature, that it murdered his only son
for, just to save Fluffy the Kitten from not falling out of the tree.

Seems legit.

I think I may have figured out where Pabro got confused. It's not
production he's thinking about. More reproduction = more people.

That's a nice theory, but that's not how it seems to work out in real
life.

Do you know what real life is?

According to you, Haiti should be a workers paradise with a thriving
economy.

It isn't.

An economy is a complex system, and it's health a product of a vast
multitude of factors working in concert, not a simple system that's
dependent on only one factor, as you're asserting.

Don't fall prey to the common fault of rightards and allow your
ideology to blind you to observable reality.

This life is slavery. If you get to go to Heaven, then you will know
true freedom for eternity. If you get sent to Hell, then you will be a
slave burning in the Lake Of Fire for all eternity.

To reserve your seat in Heaven, you need to accept God's word as the one

So, all one has to do is accept God's word as the one and only truth,
or does one also have to match it with deeds?

You know... Things like refraining from murder and thievery and such.

Why do you believe such banal mind enslaving nonsense?
No one will be sent anywhere. We choose where we go.
That very belief makes you a slave because it prevents you from creating
your own happiness in life your way.
You're scared to do anything for fear of being tossed into a fictitious
'hell'.

Rubbish.
It is what you loosely call "God's word" that has enslaved and narrowed your
mind.
There is no punishment for going past the Bible to find the real truth about
God.
That is a big scam to control the world.

More people require more resources.
Resources are finite.
Farming soils in many parts of the world are now almost depleted.
Some cities are now so polluted that you can't see for more than a
kilometre.
The list of overpopulation problems is long.
Your common sense only goes a short distance.
Educate yourself.

But 'hell' is not the truth.
Hell was a burning rubbish dump that was made into a doctrine.
Why do you believe in a concept like 'eternal hell' when it makes no sense
and has no reason?
Its just barbaric and banal.
Why do you believe God is so barbaric and banal? That's blasphemy.

Bless their little hearts.
I sure hope they aren't being indoctrinated about a false angry Semitic god
figure who made a hell for us out of anger.

Actually it is said that eternal hell is only for the Devil and his demons.

A god figure that tries to use fear, oppression and terror to win your love
and obedience is clearly a false god figure.
All legalistic and petty type religions that promote such gods like Judaism,
Christianity and Islam are nothing but false, controlling religions and

You're right Hell isn't the Truth, Heaven is the Truth and it is God's
Way, a part of God's Master Plan. You would undersatnd why God
challenges people in this life if you attended Church and signed up for

In God and Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour. It's easy, all you have

It all comes down to God in the end. Do you Love God? That covers
everything including your spirit and our religion, which is more
important than anything. Without religion, man would be completely lost.

That's right, but it's also for sinners who do evil things like murder
and abortion, and mocking Him. God doesn't have a sense of humour, that
is what Jesus does to confuse the Devil.

That's just a silly legalism.
You only need to read it once or twice to get the idea. Then you communicate
with God directly through the spirit as you suggested.

But who said the Christian Bible is God's actual words? Only early
Christian fundamentalists and zealots.
If it was God's actual words then it would be called dictation instead of
inspiration.
Most of it is man's traditions, laws and histories.
And there are many spiritual misconceptions in it like legalistic judgement
and punishment etc.

If hell isn't the truth then that's proof that the Bible isn't entirely
God's words.

I already understand the plan.
Its about spiritual evolution through understanding the workings of the dark
and the ego and learning to work through love instead.

God never rejects anyone to begin with.
That's the lie of Christianity to make people attend their church and put
money in their box so the clergy can make a living.

And we don't need a saviour. Saved from what?
We evolve ourselves spiritually. That's all. The rest is a lie to control
people through fear.

Rubbish. Everything in this world is subject to man's and the dark's
corruptions.
That's free will at work.

Bible study classes etc. just make up interpretations to try to explain away
the discrepancies.
I've heard many. Every study class has different explanations for the same
verses.
If it was God's word then there would be no question or confusion and no
need for endless studies and re-studies.
That's a difficult question because first one has to understand what
someone/something is before you can love them/it.
Is God a humanoid?
Is God a concept?
No one truly knows or understands what a 'God' is.
God can only be a concept (super conscious awareness) because only a concept
can be omnipresent (everywhere at the same time), omniscient and omnipotent.
Loving 'God' like a father figure is an old patriarchal tradition.
And the idea that God needs and demands our love to the point of severe
punishment is downright silly and even despotic.

Spirituality is far more important than religion.
Religions like Christianity have rather little spirituality and a lot of
religion.
Spirituality is all about utilising the spiritual powers within you instead
of begging to the powers outside of you.

No. 'God' is way beyond the pettiness of little creatures mocking him.
'God' doesn't have an ego that can be offended.
