Surface Edge Curvature Measurement

I have been trying to measure the 2D curvature of the edge of a
surface that has been "squished". No matter what I do, DupBorder,
DupEdge, DeleteSubCrv, I always get a result "curvature is infinite"
even when clearly it isn'!

This is driving me crazy! I have to know the curvature!
