Don't normally look at Quora - as it's mostly ether AI or nonsense :-)

Not sure which one as I suspect the order for you may not be the same as
me but it dis-remembered me of Patum Peperium "The Gentleman's Relish" -
on hot buttered toast from a fresh loaf!

Oh and the faggots

There's a thought - I haven't had Gentleman's Relish for ages;
I must ask Mrs S to look out for it.

Faggotses are lovely. I recently discovered a pub (alas, it's in the
next town) that has faggotses on the menu as permanent offering.
Real food, faggotses, oh yes.

Along with haggasae; toadies, on the whole; bleak pudding; brawn;
lobscouse; and, didjer know, woodlice?

Yer woodlouse was collected by the not-so-affluent and large numbers of
them - the poor crustaceans, not the non-affluent ) were boiled to make
a shrimp-flavoured broth.

Unfamiliar with the term I did a Google on it, and it has something

Kindly expalain.

Hey Snipe, you don't have to be embarrassed because you're a
peter-puffer.

You know, PRIDE, and all that...

You seem to be taking a lot of interest in this.

Obref brekkie; my usual: muesli with milk substitute & 2 cups of Earl
Grey (black).

question.

Snipe, there is really no shame in being a peter-puffer. Wear it
proudly, and stop playing your childish games with the format.

Sick little boy.

Snipe seemed to take a lot of interest in faggotses. Never heard of
the word, and when I looked it up, it said "cock sucking". I asked
him about the word in a straightforward manner.

I think Snipe was embarrassed, and I want him to know that there is no
shame because he is a peter-puffer.

Is that why you are always jumping in and defending him? Is it your
group thing? Suck on.

If your Earl Grey comes out black, you're making it too strong.

Dealing with the old type-2 diabetes with diet alone, and pretty
successfully in that my numbers are down to normal, and have been for
the last 9 years or so. Last year I was diagnosed with congestive
heart failure, and having had a couple of MRI scans and an angiogram
and other investigations, I am told that I am now in the queue to have
a pacemaker/defibrillator fitted. Provided that I don't cark it before
that can be done, of course. Apart from all that, I'm fine thanks!

Not a major procedure, yer pacemaker, more than ten years ago - I was
concious and chatting to the surgeon and her pupil throughout mine.

Had it replaced a month or so ago - home the same day.
