In my garden lurk lots of nettles. Take a quart of loosely packed
nettle-tops and boil them in a gallon of water.
Strain, and add two pounds of white sugar and the juice of a good orange
(orange juice from concentrate will do).
Add a beer yeast, but bakers' yeast is OK, and reminds one of the days
when brewing your own required a licence - oh yeah?
