Is avaxsphere dead?

Anyone know if avaxsphere.com aka avaxhome.org aka avaxhome.ru is
permanently gone, what happened to them, and if there's any chance of a
revival?

The had server problems earlier in the year but this seems more drastic,
and I suspect -but hope not- that they are gone for good. avaxhome.ru
now redirects to what looks like a domain registration and hosting company.

Any info. at all would be appreciated.

Thanks for the links, at least I now know what's happening. Strange I
assumed they'd be put out of business by legal action. It appears not.
