yeah they did that here a while ago too, they also added another area code
so half the people I know now live in a long distance area, and they're
doing it again in about another eight months. The fine co. also got the FCC
to say that they CAN charge a surcharge with all calling card calls. Wonder
how many congressmen they had to pay off for that one?
