Roaming around and found a new OS

What is this?
I found out its a new linux 2.9 kernal, I've have always wanting to run
windows ONLINE and be one of the cool kids with BitchX in irc chat.
Could I finally be?
Only a few things I require from an OS:
1. To Run "All hardware 100%"
2. To run Online "Pogo.com"
I don't ask for much.
Anyway I Download this BIG ASS file, About 695mb give or take a few
megabytes. Burn it to a cd-rom, loaded it up, ran the dam thing hoping to
see it run, installed it everything going good.
Rebooted the computer have a nice text menu to boot up from. Booted into it
ok this feels like linux seen the GNOME desktop, was unpleased with that,
Looked around and seen the internet, now i use a wireless internet in
windows i have mandrake 8.0 and openlinux 2.4 to install so internet i
never thought i would ever get in linux. So i found the internet button
clicked it and it connected i said ok. Ran FIREFOX, bing bang bomb on the
internet checking my e-mail wahoo, "I was happy"
For a few Minutes...
Downloaded the 500 plus updateds that popped up like good old windows,
downloaded my BitchX, And Bittorrent.
After all that went to pogo.com Need java installed it said, I was cool
about it. I had to install a video player that was already installed just
to play xvid movies and mpeg movies, so not much of a surprise.
Downloaded the java check it out after installing it.
Good old chmod +x filename
then ./filename in console
Fun times!!!
Went back to pogo.com said the same thing...
Ubuntu SUCKS!!!
Ending statement: Linux is old and primal and barberick and shity.

Installation Guide:
There's no install program. Just unzip to some directory then run
Xnews.exe. If you are upgrading, just unzip and overwrite
