Boot/Reinstall Alt F On DNS-325

I want to install Debian on my dns325 so I uninstalled Alt F. Is there any way back to AltF? My u-boot is original but my u-boot env is different. The is no web interface to install the firmware. I do have a serial terminal and UART booting working. Is there a way to install from a serial connection?
