First off, I haven't joined in any discussion so I just wanted to thank you for the amazing software I have been using issue free for years :P

I upgrade successfully to 1.0, was able to enable Entware and install packages with it - but something went wrong after that (I may have borked some things and I'm not sure what).

Now I am stuck where I can't get Alt-F Packages back to a state where I can manage them.

When I try to install Alt-F Packages to a filesystem, I get:

Installing Alt-F in /mnt/VOLUME_1
Installing ipkg
You don't seem to have enabled feeds, a name server configured, or a working internet connection, and no /tmp/ipkg_*_arm.ipk file found. Exiting

After googling, it looked like some got around the issue by manually installing ipkg. I tried to download ipkg manually with wget. Initially I got an SSL error (which might have been the issue), but I believe that's resolved now.

However, it now shows installed packages (that cannot be removed, but with no description) and no packages are listed under Available packages. If I try to click 'Update Package List' after manually installing ipkg, I get a 'Successfully terminated' splash.

If I remove the install from the filesystem and try to do it manually again, I still get the error message above.

If there is a way to 'reset' the state, I'm fine with that - my data is safe, just want to get package installation working properly again.

OK, scratch it - looks like I got it to work, removing everything and trying again. It seemed like it stuck the checks (at least the first one) to disabled somehow, even after I clicked submit. Not sure if I can reproduce that - or that I want to :)

But thanks again, if I run into other issues, I'll be sure to follow up.
